My item has not arrived, where is it? 

Once despatched we cannot track the item through the postal system so cannot tell you exactly where your item is, if the item has not arrived within your delivery estimate (see Shipping Guide) please Contact us so that we can help make sure you get your item. 

My T-Shirt/Hoodie/Babygrow doesn't fit, can I exchage it for another item? 

Yes! As long as you are within our 28 day returns period then we are happy to exchange your item for another one of the same value, we have an easy guide to returning items on our Returns guide. If you are looking to exchange the item for one which is more expensive please get in touch beforehand so we can arrange payment for the difference. 

I don't like my t shirt/Hoodie/Babygrow, can I get a refund? 

Yes! See above for more details

I've placed an order but I have changed my mind or made a mistake, can I change/cancel the order?

That depends, if you have received a message to say that your item has been despatched then i am afraid you will have to send the item back to us for a refund, if your item is not showing as despatched then yes we might be able to change the order, please Contact us to make any changes to your order.

The item I have received is not the one I ordered or there are items missing from my order? 

On the odd occasion we have been known to make mistakes packing orders, if you believe this to be the case then please contact us 

Are my credit card details secure on your site? 

Yes! We use industry standard SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encription when transmitting your details for verification to our payment processor Paypal. None of your payment details are ever stored on our servers. If however you would like to process your order over the phone please get in touch. 

I'm not sure what size I am, do you have a size guide? 

Yup! We have a detailed size guide available here which should help you with all of the garments we have on offer, if you need anymore information then we are on hand to try and help you further if you get in touch.
