At Dressdown we like to ensure our customers receive their products within a short timeframe. That's why we offer First Class Postage on every order that's placed (UK only) and Airmail delivery for International customers.
In most cases we will get the order sent out the next working day, with Royal Mail claiming 95% of orders posted will arrive the day after in the UK.
UK Shipping
All of our prices include FREE standard shipping for UK customers. Our standard deliveries are dispatched within 24 hours via Royal Mail's 1st class service. Items sent via this method are usually delivered within 1-2 days after dispatch but in some cases can take longer.
European orders
European orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's Airmail service, orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and will usually arrive with you within 7-9 working days from when you place your order.
Worldwide orders
Worldwide orders are dispatched via Royal Mail's Airmail service, orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours and will usually arrive with you within 10-12 working days from when you place your order.
Please note: Due to the love and care that goes into each handmade order, there can be slight delays in dispatching orders during peak periods (November and December). We always try our best to get orders out as quick as possible so ask for your patience during these times.
