At Dressdown we believe in the quality of our products and hope that you will love them too, all of our items are checked by hand before they are packed and sent out, however we understand that shopping online is not always perfect so we stand behind a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are unhappy with your order you can return it back to us within 28 days of purchase for a full refund.

- We will accept any order for return as long as we receive it within 28 days of the purchase date
- Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 working days of receiving the goods (But normally a lot faster)

Returns with us are simple:

1. Print off and fill in the returns form (click here)
2. Package your items back up with the returns form and send to our returns address below:

3. Take your item to a local Post office and send back to us. We recommend that you retain a proof of postage for insurance in the event that your item is lost in the post.
   
4. Once the items are received by us we will either resend or refund your order within 5 working days.
